Year 4 visit The Streetlife Museum
Year 4 spent a full day dressed as evacuees, sampling what life would have been like for children during World War 2.
The children attended a History in Action day at the Streetlife Museum. They learnt about rationing, making rag rugs, dealing with fire bombs and looking at artefacts. When they returned to school they wrote thank you letters to the staff at the museum to thank them for such an enjoyable day.
