Snow News!
There is still a lot of snow blocking parts of the school drive and limited parking on Bricknell Avenue, so could children and parents please continue to walk rather than come to school in the car. Extreme care should also be taken on paths despite the recent thaw. The paths are all gritted but some remain icy. Thank you to parents for their understanding during our recent school closure. As you can see from the photographs the snow on the school site was fairly deep!
Over the weekend an awful lot of work has gone into getting the school back open.
Mr Attwater, Mr Mounce and Mr Hass spent all of Saturday trying to clear the paths.
They arranged for a JCB to come in on Sunday and it spent all morning shovelling snow to get the site open for us.
That's a lot of snow! I'm sure we will be seeing 'Mount Bricknell' for many weeks to come!
