SATS are on the way!
SATS are on the way and Year 6 are working harder than ever to make sure they get their levels and end of year targets. All the children wish to do their best and achieve something to be proud of!

Last year, the Year 6 staff put on a meeting to tell parents about the SATS coming up in May. They talked about the tests that would be included (short writing, long writing, reading, calculator and non-calculator maths and a mental maths test). They also offered tutoring books, revision papers and old SATS papers for parents to take home.
All throughout the year, Year 6 have been taking SATS tests from other years to give them an idea of what to expect and to indicate what level they were currently working at. This was excellent practice for the real thing!
