Mighty Zulu Nation wrap up Africa Week
Our exciting Africa Week culminated in a stunning performance from the Mighty Zulu Nation theatre group, who entertained us with dancing, singing and Zulu stories.
On Friday 16th March 2007, the whole school was treated to a thrilling range of performances from the amazing Mighty Zulu Nation theatre group. The South African theatre group brought Bricknell Africa Week to life by entertaining us with a fantastic array of marvellous Zulu stories and theatre.

We had a marvellous week – thanks to all staff and visitors for their input and a special thanks to Mrs Wheatley and Mrs Newton who organised the week. We’re slowly adding photos from the whole of Africa Week to the Photo Gallery section.
Further, the Red Nose Day on Friday raised £365.52 which will be sent off this week to support causes at home and abroad.
Funds from our school discos this week will be helping to dig a well in a village in Malawi where Mr Rennison works in the summer. Details of this work will soon be available on the website.
