Larkin with Toads at Bricknell
Children in KS2 have been given the opportunity to decorate their own toad! They were given a plastic toad to decorate for the Larkin 25 celebrations.
They chose to decorate their toad as Philip Larkin himself. They decided that as it was about Philip Larkin and he lived in Hull, they would print out pictures of hull and make a collage of Hull on the toad. They are very pleased with the end result which now sits in the school library and is also included in a gallery on the Larkin 25 website.
