Want to Volunteer?
Would you like to gain some experience volunteering with children and the local community? We are now able to offer various volunteering roles at Bricknell Children's Centre, and would love to hear from you. If you would like to gain some admin experience helping out on our reception, meeting and greeting families and children or supporting in any of the sessions we run, please get in touch or upload an application form here. We are now also offering a volunteering opportunity to help develop our outdoor wildlife area with the Gardening club (for further details please pop in or call us on 445014). You can email the application form back to Heather Barnes, Lead Practitioner, on heather.barnes@hullcc.gov.uk and we will then arrange an informal interview at a time suitable for yourself. Such volunteering experience will help when applying for jobs and entry into further and higher education, and of course it feels great to give something back to the local community and other families who may need a bit of support.
All volunteers will then have to undertake an enhanced CRB check and must also be able to give us the names of two referees.
